InvisaCook

The invisible induction cooktop

InvisaCook installs beneath your worktop so you cook directly on the surface, with no visible hob at all. Sleek, safe and space-saving, it disappears into a porcelain worktop, and because we make the stone ourselves, we supply and fit the hob and the worktop together as one job.

A cleaner way to cook

InvisaCook uses induction technology to heat your pans straight through the worktop, so there is no hob on show and the surface stays part of the room. When you are not cooking, the whole worktop is usable prep space, which is a real gain in a smaller or open plan kitchen.

01

Invisible

A seamless surface with no visible hob, for a cleaner, sleeker kitchen.

02

Safe

No direct heat from the worktop, only the pan gets hot, so the surface stays cool to touch.

03

Space saving

Use the worktop as a full prep surface whenever you are not cooking.

Sizes and worktops

InvisaCook comes as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 burner unit, so it suits everything from a compact kitchen to a large open plan space. It works under 12mm or 20mm porcelain or selected granite. Both are compatible, but porcelain is our recommendation: it is durable, scratch and stain resistant, and gives the most efficient heat transfer. We use The Top by Marazzi porcelain and it performs well.

Because the worktop itself does not get hot, the surface stays cool and safe, and you can treat it as an ordinary worktop when the hob is off.

Common questions

How do I know where the cooking zones are?

Each burner has an audible beep locator when it is turned on. We can also add discreet etched marks in the worktop to show where the zones sit, and some people use temporary stickers for the first few weeks while they get used to the layout.

Can I use InvisaCook with any worktop?

No. It is designed for 12mm or 20mm porcelain and certain approved granites. Porcelain is recommended for the best performance, and we use The Top by Marazzi, which works very well.

Can I use it without the InvisaMat?

Only if you use the dedicated InvisaCookware, which has a built-in riser. In every other case the InvisaMat must be used, as it disperses heat, stops pans sliding and protects the system.

What are the electrical requirements?

InvisaCook needs a 220V supply and professional installation by a qualified technician, which we arrange as part of the fit.

What warranty does it come with?

A standard two year warranty, with an optional extended five year warranty for extra peace of mind.

How do I buy one?

InvisaCook is not sold online. It is supplied and installed through approved dealers so the worktop and system are matched correctly. Talk to us and we will handle the worktop, the hob and the installation as one job.
